Hi! I write stories about cultural expectations, discrimination, racism, queerphobia, sexism and classism. I eventually want to work on my own animated series, films, and publish books which primarily focus on POC.

This zine focuses on my childhood in India, and what it was like for me as a brown immigrant when I moved to the U.S. at age 10. Illustrated by two of my favorite people in the world: my 7-year-old nieces.

Hot Chachas (art book)

An expanded version of the Hot Chachas zine, this book has 23 chachas! The book was made as an art book for my first ever solo art show at Strut in San Francisco in May 2018.

An annual collaborative art and literature zine, first published in 2009, for which participants have six months to contribute three works of "art." The zine was supposed to have been published in 2018, but, umm, it took me awhile to get around to it. This is the 10th and final volume of THREE.

Hair **WINNER**

The zine focuses on my hair, the cultural and sexual memories I have relating to it, and what's like for me to be a hairy man in the gay community and in a classroom. WINNER: Best Perzine and Best Zine Overall at 2018 Broken Pencil Zine Awards.

Inspired by Spoon River Anthology, 100 Years chronicles the history, from 1915 to 2015, of a fictional African American family through epitaphs and watercolor portraits.

Illustrated by Lawrence McWilliams.
